This Privacy Policy explains how Beamrove (“we”, “us”) handles information collected through this website (the “Site”). This policy covers the Site only; the Beamrove mobile app has its own in-app privacy notice.

1. Information we collect

Email address — when you choose to join our launch list.
Device & usage data — collected automatically: device type (iOS / Android / other), browser user-agent, language, time zone, and approximate location (country) derived from your IP address.
Referral & campaign data — how you reached us, including QR-code or link parameters (e.g. ref, utm_*) and the referring page.
IP address — used transiently for security and rate-limiting; we store only a non-reversible hash, not your raw IP.

2. Why we use it

To notify you when Beamrove launches and send related updates you asked for.
To understand which channels and campaigns bring people to the Site.
To keep the Site secure and prevent abuse of our forms.

3. Legal bases (GDPR / KVKK)

Where the GDPR or Türkiye’s KVKK applies, we rely on your consent (for the email list, which you may withdraw at any time) and our legitimate interests (security, basic analytics).

4. Who we share it with

We use trusted infrastructure providers to run the Site, currently Google Firebase / Google Cloud, which process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We keep launch-list emails until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until they are no longer needed. Security counters expire automatically.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, and you may object to or withdraw consent for its processing. To exercise any right, email tonyalifurkan@gmail.com. You may also unsubscribe from any email we send.

7. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

8. Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy; we will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
